Some days are harder than others. There even may be attacks hurled your way that you didn’t see coming. The enemy loves to stir up division. He enjoys filling your mind with insecurities that make you feel forgotten or rejected. Do not be discouraged because that’s not the end of this story! God takes notice of everything that you’re going through because you are His beloved child. He rises up strong on your behalf. Sometimes the resolution or defense is not quick and painless because His timing is different from your timing. But don’t let that make you feel like giving up! God loves and calls you, for you are His child. He is close to you every day, especially the hard ones. You belong to Him and nothing can separate you from His love. Remember the words of Romans 8:38-39 (NLT): “And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s love. No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed, nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
