The only place true peace can be found is in Jesus. Struggles are part of life, and we all go through them at some point in time. The important thing to remember is that we never walk through them alone. Just as Jesus was the true Overcomer, so too can we overcome our problems because of the Jesus’ victory over death. “Those who are victorious will sit with me on my throne, just as I was victorious and sat with my Father on his throne” (Revelation 3:21 NLT). What a wonderful promise!How do we live this out? Jesus calls us to follow Him and be salt and light. We need to be His hands and feet here on earth, while being a great friend and encouraging others. We must show compassion to our broken world. Each and every day, we need God’s wisdom, grace, and strength, while relying on our faith in the truth of God’s Word. Let’s not forget that we belong to Jesus and that He is the Son of God who overcame by taking our place on the Cross. He will be faithful to see us through each trial and come out victorious. We will not give up!
