Who do you say Jesus was and is? Jesus was and is the Son of God, the Creator and Perfector of our lives, the Alpha and Omega. He was and is the Great Physician, our Advocate before the Father, and our Provider (Jehovah Jireh). He was and is truly our very best Friend.Jesus will never abandon you. He will never forget you because your name is written on the palm of His hand (Isaiah 49:16). He is there when you are lonely or sad; He lifts your head up when you feel ashamed. He will hold you close to His heart when you are afraid.He became the sacrificial Lamb to pay for our sins, and He became the Resurrection to give us life. He is the Living Water to quench our thirst—but above all, remember, He is the Truth, the Way, and the Life.Come, draw close to Jesus. He waits with open arms. There is no greater love given to humanity than the love of Jesus Christ our Lord. Praise be to Jesus our risen Savior. Amen.
